These auto-generated reports help you keep track of all the changes, corrections as well as errors/problems encountered by the system and its users. A specific date and time is provided with a brief description of the issue.

To view the system reports, do the following:

  1. Go to Reports > System Reports.
  2. If you want to filter or search the system logs manually by use of certain parameters or keywords, do any of the following:
    1. In the Search System Log box, type a keyword to search then click on the Go button.
    2. In the Filter by area, select a parameter then click on the Go button.
