Viewing Cases Using Projects and People Tabs

Through the Projects section of ChangeRequest, Project Managers and Analysts are able to browse through different projects stored in the system. This feature is mostly used when examining a project at the case level. Because one project is composed of many different cases, Project Managers regard case management as a more effective way of monitoring a project’s status. Managing the project in parts does not only allow them to pay close attention to details, but also gives them a better sense of determining the project’s weak and strong points.

The People section, on the other part, allows you to view the cases assigned to a certain user. This is particularly helpful to Project Managers who are checking the Analysts’ workload in terms of the quantity and complexity of the cases that they are working on. The way that this section displays cases is identical to how they are arranged in one’s Dashboard.
