Time Tracking

Time tracking allows you and your team to log their time on each project or case.  This becomes valuable, not only for billing your client, but to understand where and how your resources (or staff) are spending their time and which projects are most profitable.

Every Analyst must be required to add time entries in a daily basis. This will ensure that the Time Tracking Reports that the system generates are accurate and reliable.

To log your time on a case, do the following:

    (Before you start doing your part on the case)

  1. Click on icon_clock icon on the upper-right most portion of your account interface. This will trigger the start of your work time for the case.
  2. (After you finish working on the case)

  3. Click on icon_pause button to stop the time.
  4. In the Case Number box, type the case that where you are logging your time to.
  5. Click on the Add Time button. After doing this a lightbox form with the pre-defined data will appear like the one shown here.
  6. Select a Work Type.
  7. Click on the Add/Save Time button.
