System Reports log all activities done in ChangeRequest – from new cases made, edited, or deleted to emailed notifications and invoices to CRON job errors as well as accounts created or locked down due to incorrect login attempts. These auto-generated reports help you keep track of all the changes, corrections as well as errors/problems encountered by the system and its users. A specific date and time is provided with a brief description of the issue.

To view the system reports, do the following:
- Go to Reports > System Reports.
- If you want to filter or search the system logs manually by use of certain parameters or keywords, do any of the following:
- In the Search System Log box, type a keyword to search then click on the Go button.
- In the Filter by area, select a parameter then click on the Go button.
