Scheduled Tasks

With the Scheduled Tasks setting, you can set how many days the system should auto-accept a case or how many days it should take to set a specific case to Draft status in the event that the case has been sitting on Pending Acceptance status for several days. This way you can be sure that cases will be attended to after a specific date and will not be missed out.

To set the scheduled tasks, do the following:

  1. Go to Settings > System Settings > Scheduled Tasks.
  2. To set how many days the system should take for a case to be auto-accepted, type the number of days in the box provided for Cases will be auto-accepted by the system after X days.
  3. To set how many days the system should take for a case to be transferred to Draft status if it has been sitting on Pending Acceptance status for days, type the number of days in the box provided for If a Case is sitting in client’s approval status for more than X, set it to draft.
  4. Click on the Save Changes button.
