Task Management

Internal and External Clients can create cases by submitting screenshots, sending email or logging into the web interface. You can estimate the tasks (time or money), prioritize, schedule and get their approval. When the work is done the client will receive an email notification and approve or re-open the case.

Client Billing

Integrated payment gateway allows you to bill your external clients for your services. Create custom invoices, require advance deposits, and take payments by credit card (authorize.net account required), Paypal, or clients can print an invoice and mail a check. Note if you are using this for internal clients, or already have a billing system you can disable this feature.

Email Gateway

Connect ChangeRequest.com to an email account to receive requests and keep a record of all case comments.

Survey Tool
